Laxma Reddy denies allegations of fake medical degree

Hyderabad: Health Minister Dr. K. Laxma Reddy has offered to quit politics if it was proved that he was holding a fake medical degree.

Speaking to media persons on Sunday, the minister strongly objected to the allegations made by Congress leader A. Revanth Reddy against him. He said he has already clarified about his academic qualification and degree along with the details of college in Karnataka where he studied. However, he said that Revanth Reddy has been spreading false propaganda against him.

Laxma Reddy advised Revanth Reddy to pick a panel of 10 journalists to visit the college in Gulbarga where he studies and verify the details of his degree.

In case Revanth Reddy proves that his degree was fake, then the minister said he would quit politics. (INN)
