Hyderabad: Advisor to Telangana Government A.K. Khan visited Jamia Nizamia University on Wednesday and inspected the ongoing construction works of auditorium at the institution.
The Government of Telangana has sanctioned Rs.14.65 crores for this purpose. The Advisor has instructed and had a review meeting with all the Higher and contractors to complete the work at the earliest.
Further, he informed that Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao has announced that the government would consider the Degree of Jamia Nizamia University is equivalent to any other degrees.
R&B Executive Engineer Hafeez, Jamia Nizamia Chancellor Moulana Syed Shah Ali Akbar Nijamudduin and other officials also attended the meeting. (INN)
