Hyderabad: Caretaker Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao has accused Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu of creating a divide among the people of Hyderabad.

Speaking after releasing the TRS Manifesto in a public meeting at Parade Grounds in Secunderabad on Sunday, KCR said that people from Seemandhra region have been living happily in Hyderabad since the days of undivided Andhra Pradesh.

KCR said that the TRS Government would take measures to beautify Musi River. He said so far 33 Basthi Dawakhanas have been established and their numbers will increase to 500 soon.

He said 1 lakh double bed rooms were being constructed at 109 different locations. He said nearly Rs. 15,000 Crore to Rs. 20,000 Crore were required to improve the drainage system in Hyderabad and this would be done soon. He said 1.85 lakh houses were regularised under GO 58 & 59.

He said several other development programmes were taken up and the victory of TRS party in next elections was essential to complete them. He alleged that the Congress and its allies were spreading rumours against TRS.

He said even fake surveys could be floated predicting TRS defeat in next elections in the next two-three days. Therefore, he said people should be cautious from rumours and fake surveys.
