Hyderabad, INN: Rajya Sabha MP Palvai Govardhan Reddy on Sunday demanded that the Congress High Command take disciplinary action against two senior leaders Mohammed Ali Shabbir and Dr. Mallu Ravi.
In his letter to TPCC President N. Uttam Kumar Reddy, Palvai said that Leader of Opposition in Council Mohammed Ali Shabbir and Vice-President Dr. Mallu Ravi have levelled serious allegations against him and accused him of calling Leader of Opposition K. Jana Reddy as covert of TRS.
He said although he had criticised Jana Reddy, but did not call him a covert or used other strong words. Therefore, he said stern action should be taken against Shabbir Ali and Mallu Ravi.
Palvai also said that he would brief the Congress High Command about the recent happenings in the State Congress.
