Hyderabad: Telangana Government on Saturday informed the citizens of 43 newly constituted Municipalities and newly merged erstwhile Gram Panchayats into existing 39 Municipalities / Municipal Corporation that it has been decided to regularise individual plots / part of layout and total unauthorized layouts for those, who are having the registered sale deeds on or before March 30, 2018, under Telangana Regularization of Unapproved and Illegal Layout Rules, 2019.
Therefore, all the land owners / private developers / firms / individual plot owners / property developers / societies of the identified municipalities have been asked to submit such LRS applications through online vide LRS Website: lrs.dtcp.telangana.gov.in within 90 days from the date of issue of the G.Os. (INN)
