Hyderabad: As many as 405 fresh cases of Covid-19 were registered in Telangana till 5.30 pm on Monday. A total of three deaths were also registered today.
With this increase, the number of Covid-19 cases in Telangana has increased to 6,52,785 while the death toll has reached 3,845. As many as 577 people have recovered from the disease in the last 24 hours. This increased the total number of recoveries to 6,41,847. As against India’s fatality rate of 1.3%, the fatality rate in Telangana is 0.58%.
A total of 84,262 Covid-19 tests were conducted in the last 24 hours taking the total number of tests conducted so far to 2,34,78,940. As of today, there are 7,093 Active Cases in Telangana State.
While 67 new cases have been registered in the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) limits, the number of cases remained below 50 in the remaining 32 districts of Telangana. (INN)
