Dattatraya meets HM over unified service rules

Hyderabad: Union Labour Minister Bandaru Dattatraya, along with the Telangana Prantha Upadhyaya Sangam delegates, met Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh to discuss the unified service rules problem and contributory pension scheme issues.

Dattatraya explained the Home Minister that due to no Unified service rules, the entire school education system was badly affected in both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh States.

In Telangana, there is a huge vacancy of supervisory posts. As many as 423 Mandal Educational Officers out of 467, 44 Deputy Educational Officers out of 56 posts are vacant. A total of 763 posts out of 892 posts in Education Department are vacant.

Rajnath Singh responded positively and assured to solve the problem. (INN)
