Tallest government hospital to come up in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: Telangana Institute of Medical Sciences (TIMS) is planning to build a government hospital at Kothapet fruit market in Hyderabad.

The proposed hospital, to be built in an area of 11.5 lakh square feet, will be 123 meters high and will be built with 27 floors. It may become the highest hospital in the country.

A model of the proposed hospital building has recently become public.  In this picture, the building structure is not only very tall but also looks beautiful. L&T has recently won the tender for the construction of this hospital at a cost of Rs. 668 crores. The government is also building super speciality hospitals with a capacity of 1,000 beds each in Alwal and Sanathnagar along with LB Nagar in the name of TIMS. (INN)
