Students need to be useful for society: Niranjan Reddy

Hyderabad: Agriculture Minister Niranjan Reddy said that no matter how great studies students get, they should be useful for society.

As part of the National Service Scheme programme, the Minister inaugurated special veterinary camps at Wanaparthy on Wednesday. Speaking on this occasion, he said that the Telangana government has given importance to animal husbandry after agriculture.

He said that human society was connected with living organisms and that the organisms needed by humans should be cultivated. He said that cattle were essential in human dietary changes. It is suggested to work hard to increase the production of animal feed. He expressed the opinion that the need for veterinary medicine would be high in the future. (INN)
