Many jobs are being created in Telangana: Talasani Srinivas Yadav

Hyderabad: Animal Husbandry Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav inaugurated the Mega Job Mela organized by the American Telugu Association at the Methodist Engineering College in Goshamahal constituency on Monday.

Speaking on the occasion, the minister said that the job fair was a great opportunity to come to the students and provide job opportunities in leading organizations and companies and called upon them to take advantage of it.

The minister praised the members of the American Telugu Association for organizing job fairs in colleges and providing job opportunities in various organizations without the need to go around companies for jobs after graduation. He said that after the formation of Telangana state, the government under the leadership of Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao has been providing job opportunities to many people in the public and private sectors. He explained that while 1.35 lakh jobs have already been filled in various government departments, the government will issue notifications for filling another 90,000 vacancies.

He said that as a result of the measures and development works undertaken by the government, big companies are coming forward to invest in the state. He said that there are suitable conditions in the state and various types of industries are being set up on a large scale with the initiative of Industries Minister KTR and lakhs of people are getting job opportunities in them.On this occasion, the Minister awarded certificates to the representatives of various organizations who came to the job fair. American Telugu Association Presidents Bommineni Madhu, Lohit Kumar, Apollo Hospital Principal Dr. Surender Reddy, Methodist College Principal Prabhu and others were present. (INN)
