CM KCR reviews heavy rains, discusses food processing units

Hyderabad: Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao on Friday conducted a review on the heavy rains that have been lashing the state for the past two to three days.

The rains have flooded many rivers, dams, and streams, and the CM is concerned about the impact of the rains on the people and the state’s infrastructure.

In the meeting, CM KCR discussed a number of topics, including the establishment of food processing industries to help farmers add value to their produce. He also discussed the need to ensure that the people affected by the rains are provided with relief and assistance.MP Damodar Rao, MLC Palla Rajeshwar Reddy, Principal Secretary Shanti Kumari, and other officials attended the meeting, which was held at Dr. BR Ambedkar’s Secretariat. (INN)
