Hyderabad: BRS Chief and Chief Minister Chandrasekhar Rao announced Sunitha Lakshma Reddy as the candidate for the Narsapur Assembly Constituency on Wednesday. The announcement came at a core committee meeting of the BRS party, which was held under KCR’s leadership.
KCR also announced that Madan Reddy, the current MLA of Narsapur, would be the BRS candidate for the Medak parliamentary constituency in the upcoming elections. He has been a loyal member of the BRS party since its inception, and KCR described him as “like a right arm” and “a brother.”
He said that the party had decided to replace Kotha Prabhakar Reddy with Madan Reddy in the Medak parliamentary constituency. He added that he was confident that both Lakshamreddy and Madan Reddy would emerge victorious in their respective elections. (INN)
