Jagan Mohan Rao takes charge as HCA President

Hyderabad: Arshanapalli Jagan Mohan Rao took charge as the President of the Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) on Wednesday, along with his new working group.

Speaking to the media on the occasion, Jagan Mohan Rao said that the six members who won from the three panels would work together and seek the advice of those who have worked in the past. He also revealed that the HCA would encourage youth from all rural areas and strive to have more players from Hyderabad in the Indian team.

Jagan Mohan Rao added that the HCA would also make efforts to build stadiums in Karimnagar and Warangal.Jagan Mohan Rao won the HCA election on October 20, defeating Amarnath by a single vote in a close presidential race. (INN)
