Hyderabad: Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU), has started online admission process for regular Diploma, UG, PG, & Doctoral Research programmes offered at its Main Campus at Hyderabad, Satellite Campuses, Colleges of Teacher Education (CTEs) and Polytechnics across the country for the Academic year 2024-2025.
According to the notification released by the Registrar, the last date for submission of online application for entrance based courses is May 20, 2024.
The entrance based courses include PhD prgorammes (Urdu, Arabic, English, Hindi, Persian, Translation Studies; Women Studies, Public Administration, Political Science, Social Work, Islamic Studies, History, Economics, Sociology, Deccan Studies, Education, Journalism & Mass Communication, Management, Commerce, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Computer Science, Urdu Culture Studies, Comparative Studies, Law, Social Exclusion Inclusion Policy, Language Teaching in Madrasa), Postgraduate programmes MBA, MCA, M.Tech.(Computer Science), M.Ed. & Master of Law (LLM). The other entrance based courses include Undergraduate Programmes B.Tech.(Computer Science), B.Tech. CS (Lateral Entry), LL.B, B.A. LL.B (Hons.) & B.Ed. and Professional Diplomas such as Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.); Polytechnic-Diploma in Engineering – Civil, Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Information Technology, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Automobile and Apparel Technologies and Polytechnic-Diploma Lateral Entry.
Ph.D.in English, Urdu, Arabic & Persian is also available at Lucknow Campus whereas at Srinagar (Budgam) Campus Ph.D. available in Urdu, English, Islamic Studies, Economics & Persian.
B.Ed. is being offered at Colleges of Teacher Education at Bhopal (MP), Darbhanga (Bihar), Srinagar (J&K), Asansol (WB), Aurangabad (MS), Sambhal (UP), Nuh (Haryana) and Bidar (KS) whereas M.Ed. and Ph.D in Education are available only at CTE Bhopal and Darbhanga. Admissions in B.Ed. at CTE Srinagar will be offered only if NCTE approval is obtained.
