Hyderabad: Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy departed for Delhi on Monday to participate in the oath-taking ceremony of Lok Sabha MPs.
Following the ceremony, Revanth Reddy is scheduled to discuss several crucial issues with Congress leaders, including cabinet matters, nominated posts, ministerial expansion, and the appointment of a new TPCC chief.
The Revanth Reddy Government has decided to re-examine the filling of nominated posts in light of the unexpected parliamentary election results. The party leadership plans to fill these posts based on performance in the Assembly and Parliament elections rather than seniority.Some ministers, senior leaders, and MLAs have reportedly informed CM Revanth Reddy that nominated posts were announced without prior discussion with them.
