Hyderabad: Special Secretary of the Municipal Administration Department Dana Kishore conducted a teleconference with officials from the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) and the Enforcement Vigilance and Disaster Management departments on Monday to review the city’s preparedness for the ongoing rainfall.
Kishore emphasised the importance of vigilance during the rainy season and directed officials to remain alert for potential rain-related issues. He urged citizens to report any problems arising from the rain promptly.To ensure the smooth flow of traffic, Kishore instructed officials to work closely with traffic police to quickly drain water accumulated on roads. He also stressed the need for officials to visit rain-affected areas to assess and address the situation effectively. (INN)
