Hyderabad: The city of Hyderabad is set to host the Global Artificial Intelligence Summit on September 5th and 6th at the Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC). Themed “Making AI Work for Everyone,” the summit will see over 2,000 attendees from around the world.
The summit will focus on the use of artificial intelligence in technological advancements, with discussions on future opportunities, innovations, and the impact of AI on society. Experts will present research, startup demos, and innovative projects currently under development.
Notable attendees include Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, IT Minister D Sridhar Babu, Head of Khan Academy Sal Khan, Daniela Combe from IBM and Peter Diamandis of XPRIZE Foundation.
The Telangana government aims to leverage this summit to attract global attention to the state’s burgeoning IT sector and position Hyderabad as a leading destination for IT investments, particularly in AI. Plans are already underway to establish a dedicated AI city within the Greater Hyderabad limits.Chief Minister Revanth Reddy will release a roadmap outlining Telangana’s strategy for AI development. The summit will feature 25 specialized programs focused on the advancement of artificial intelligence. (INN)
