All set for inauguration of Bhakta Ramdas Project on Jan 31

Hyderabad: Elaborate arrangements are being made for the inauguration of Bhakta Ramdas Project near Aslavat Tanda of Tirumalaya Palem mandal of Khammam district by Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao January 31.

Speaking to media persons on Sunday, Roads & Buildings Minister Tummala Nageshwara Rao said that the State Government has set a record by completing the projects in just 11 months.

He said that the Bhakta Ramdas project could also provide irrigation water to villages in neighbouring States.

Accusing the opposition parties of stalling the development of Telangana, Tummala advised the opposition leaders to give constructive suggestions instead of criticising the TRS Government.

He said that the Chief Minister was firm on achieving the target of providing irrigation facilities to one crore acres of land in the State. (INN)
