Hyderabad: Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao directed to make fool-proof arrangements to conduct exams very smoothly and whole process should be done in a systematic way.
Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar held a detailed review meeting today at BRKR Bhavan with the officials of Board of Intermediate, SSC Board, Centre for Good Governance and TSTS on conducting of ensuing Intermediate and SSC Exams.
He reviewed the preparedness of arrangements for smooth conduct of exams and suggested various measures. He emphasized the need to ensure that the mistakes happened last year, should not be occurred. He said that the recommendations of three member committee studied and implemented in toto by both the departments.
Additional measures will also be taken. One of the things is that every evaluator will be trained in detail and made aware of the mistakes which happens generally, so that the students will not suffer at all. He asked the officials to sensitize the evaluators by training with standardized presentation.
Necessary steps implemented in all the evaluation centres as per the recommendations of three-member Committee.
He informed that online grievance redressal system will be placed and students can approach the website to solve their problems and also directed to set up help desks in the districts. He requested the officials to prepare a regular calendar of events from admission to final publication of results. He advised that, the IT modules to be tested properly to avoid errors.
The officials informed the Chief Secretary that the intermediate exams will commence from 4th March and end on 23rd March and SSC Exams from 19th March to 6th April, 2020. In Intermediate, 9.65 lakhs and in SSC Board 5.8 lakhs students are appearing for the exams.
All the preparations regarding exams will be taken-up. They also briefed the Pre and Post Examination Modules to the Chief Secretary. The officials briefed about centre constitution, jumbling, issue of hall tickets, results, processing of mark sheets etc.,

Janardhan Reddy, Intermediate Education Commissioner Syed Omer Jaleel, Director of School Education Vijay Kumar, CGG Director General Rajendra Nimje, TSTS Managing Director G. T.
