Congress was a corrupt rule: Odelu

Hyderabad: Government Whip N Odelu took potshots at AICC leader and Telangana Congress affairs in-charge Digvijay Singh for his remarks against the TRS government.

In a statement, Odelu lashed out at Congress asking the party leader Digvijay Singh to review its own 10 year rule before commenting on the TRS rule of two years.

“Congress’ 10 years rule was full of corruption and irregularities. Congress has no right to comment on the TRS regime,” he said adding that the TRS Government was working for the welfare of all sections of the society and committed to develop the state on all fronts.

He said that the people of the state rejected Congress due to its misrule and warned the Congress leaders to mend their ways and to not make a laughing stock of their own in the eyes of the state’s people. (INN)
