Hyderabad: Municipal Administration Minister K. Tarakarama Rao has alleged that the Congress leaders were unable to digest the various developmental projects being executed by TRS Government in Mahabubnagar district.
Addressing a public meeting in Madnapuram of Kothakota in Wanaparthy district on Friday, KTR claimed that what previous regimes failed to achieve in 60 years, present TRS Government had achieved it just four years.
He said previous TDP and Congress regimes failed to complete even a single project which they started. He said after coming to power in 2014, the TRS Government revived all pending projects including Netampadu, Bheema, Koyal Sagar and Palamuru Lift Irrigation Project.
He alleged that the Congress leaders have been creating several obstacles in the construction of irrigation projects.
Meanwhile, Minister Jupally Krishna Rao, MP Jithender Reddy, MLA Venkateshwar Reddy laid the foundation stone for the construction of double bed room houses in Madnapuram. They also visited the Kothakota and interacted with the weavers on their problems. (INN)
