Speaking to media persons after laying foundation stone for the Government Junior College building at Kukatpally the minister said the government had allotted R&B department’s land for the college building based on the direction of the Chief Minister.
Nageshwar Rao said that the state government is giving a boost to the education sector by spending massive funds for the improvement of the infrastructure and other facilities.
He said that the residential schools system launched for various sections of the society has been bearing fruits as quality education on par with private education institutions is being provided to the poor.
The minister said that the government would give a complete facelift to the Hyderabad roads in a couple of month and would also develop other civic infrastructure as part of the government’s plan to develop Hyderabad as a global city. (INN)
