Esfahan-Hyderabad to sign Sister City agreement

Hyderabad: Counsel General of Iran Hasan Naurees, along with other delegates, called on Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) Mayor B. Rammohan to extend invitation for signing a Sister City MOU between the cities of Esfahan and Hyderabad.

The Council General also invited the GHMC Mayor to visit the historic city of Esfahan in Iran.

During the interaction, he said that the historic monument Charminar has been constructed by an Iranian, Momen Hasthara Badi, and said that Iran and Hyderabad share many similarities.
