Haj pilgrims from Telangana start reaching Madeena

Hyderabad: Two batches of Haj pilgrims from Telangana State have reached Madeena Munawwara, the second most sacred city for the Muslims, in the second leg of their Haj journey. Two more batches will reach Madeena on Tuesday.

According to Telangana State Haj Committee Special Officer Special Officer Prof. S.A. Shukoor informed that the remaining pilgrims would leave Makkah for Madeena in a phased manner till October 2.

The first Haj Flight will arrive Hyderabad Haj Terminal at 3:35 AM on 5th October, Deputy Chief Minister Mohammed Mahmood Ali and other higher officials will receive the pilgrims at the Haj Terminal, he said and added that the Telangana State Haj Committee is making arrangements for the safe and smooth return of the pilgrims at the airport.

The last flight will arrive Hyderabad on October 11.

Meanwhile, he said that, all the pilgrims of both the states are safe in Makkah as per the reports reached here by Khadimul Hujjaj and other sources. (INN)
