Hyderabad: Due to the severe heat wave and steep increase in the day temperatures, Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao has instructed that the summer holidays to the schools should be declared from today (Wednesday) onwards.
The Chief Minister felt that due to severe heat wave conditions it is better not to send children to the schools as the weather conditions are severe.
He has asked the Education Minister and officials concerned to ensure that the summer holidays are implemented from Wednesday onwards. The instructions are applicable to both private and government schools. (INN)
