Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao will meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi on Monday.
According to sources, KCR will meet the Prime Minister at 12.40 PM on Monday. He is likely to discuss several issues including bifurcation of High Court.
Earlier on Sunday, KCR chaired the meeting of TRS Parliamentary Party wherein the strategy for monsoon session of Parliament was discussed. The Chief Minister asked his party MPs to pressurise the Centre for more funds for Telangana and also seek justice in sharing of river water with Andhra Pradesh.
He also directed them to apprise the Centre of State Government’s flagships schemes like Mission Kakatiya, Mission Bhagiratha and double bedroom housing for weaker sections. (INN)
