KTR inaugurates second level flyover at Bio-Diversity junction

Hyderabad: As a part of Strategic Road Development Project (SRDP), Municipal Administration & Urban Development Minister K. Tarakarama Rao inaugurated the Second Level Flyover at Bio-Diversity Junction here on Monday.

Education Minister Sabitha Indira Reddy, GHMC Mayor Dr. Bonthu Rammohan and other senior officials were present on the occasion.

With an outlay of Rs. 25,000 Crore, GHMC is taking up various developmental works like flyovers, underpass, corridors, etc.,

with 400 years of old Hyderabad City, as the developments in the city is taking place with the changing time on par with the urban cities of other states with latest infrastructure and in providing basis needs the people of coming to the Hyderabad City for better opportunities the present roads are not sufficient to take the traffic as it is increasing day by day.

In order to provide required infrastructure and to ease the traffic congestion the GHMC is providing a conflict free movement at the junctions and will provide much need relief to the traffic.

As a part of this the GMHC has already brought eight such projects including Mind Space Under Pass; Chinthala Kunta Under Pass; Ayyappa Society Under Pass; Mind Space flyover; Kamineni Hospital left side flyover; L.B. Nagar flyover and Bio-Diversity Fly Over-1.

Other projects which are nearing completion include Biramuguda left side flyover, Kamineni right side flyover, Cable Bridge at Durgam Chervu with the cost of Rs. 184 Crores and L.B. Nagar Under Pass. (INN)
