Hyderabad: Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU), Directorate of Distance Education (DDE), has extended the last admissions date for all its distance mode programmes, with the exception of BEd, to 22 December.
The University Grants Commission noted that the last admissions date for the 2020-21 academic session should be extended, MANUU said in a press release on Saturday. As per the schedule, the entrance test for BEd (DM) will be conducted on 10 December.
The MANUU offers admissions in MA (Urdu, English, History, Hindi, Islamic Studies & Arabic), BA, BCom, BSc (Life Sciences-BZC and Physical Sciences-MPC), Diploma courses and Certificate courses (Teaching English and Journalism & Mass Communication) (Proficiency in Urdu through English & Functional English for Urdu Speakers).
The Distance Education Bureau (UGC) and NCTE are accredited for the courses.
On the DDE website manuu.edu.in/dde, the e-prospectus and the online application form are available. For all programmes, the form must be submitted electronically with a registration fee of Rs.300.
