Hyderabad: The State Election Commission ordered the GHMC Election Authority to hold the Mayor and Deputy Mayor elections at 12.30 p.m. on February 11.
The swearing in of newly elected companies will be held on the same day. The Deputy Mayor’s elections will not be held until the mayoral elections are held.
As many as 56 divisions were bagged by the ruling TRS, while BJP secured 48 divisions and MIM won in 44 divisions following a high octane campaign in the elections held on 1 December. (INN)
