Hyderabad: Padmasri Prof N. R. Madhava Menon, leading architect of modern legal education system in India, will join Prof. Kirit Parikh, globally known economist, to open the two-day national seminar on Maulana Azad, freedom fighter and first education Minister at MANUU on December 7.
The seminar titled “Vision of Maulana Azad and Nation Building,” is being organized by Maulana Abul Kalam Azad Chair that is headed by eminent economist Dr. Abusaleh Shariff.
The inaugural session of the seminar will be held at Conference Hall, CSE Coaching Academy in MANUU Campus, at 10.00 am.
G. Sudhir, Head of the Sudhir Committee formed by Telangana Government, A. K. Khan, Adviser to the State Government and Prof. Amitabh Kundu, member National Statistical Commission, would comment on the presentations made by Prof. Menon and Prof. Parikh. The session will be presided over by Dr. Shakeel Ahmad, Pro Vice-Chancellor.
Dr. Abusaleh Shariff, Professor-Chair, Maulana Abdul Kalam Azad Chair will speak on the theme of the seminar. Academician, research scholars from different universities and institutions will present papers during the after session and subsequent meetings. (INN)
