Postal Stamps unveiled as a part of commemoration of 25 years of CDA Secunderabad

Hyderabad: A special postal cover was released by S.Rajendra Kumar, Chief Postmaster General, Telangana Circle, in the presence of Sanjiv Mittal, Controller General of Defence Accounts, to commemorate the completion of 25 years of the Controller of Defence Accounts, Secunderabad.

Sanjiv Mittal applauded the crucial role played by the CDA Secunderabad in the last 25 years in pursuit of improving the standard of services and professionalism, and Rajendra Kumar said the concept behind the release of a special cover was to acknowledge the CDA Secunderabad’s valuable service.

The unique cover captures the glory of the national ‘Philately’ legacy of CDA Secunderabad. K.Venkata Rao, Controller, said the department was moving towards digitization to improve the delivery of services more efficiently, effectively and rapidly, according to a press release. (INN)
