Noted media analyst Dr Sanjaya Baru will launch and discuss his new book ‘1991: How PV Narasimha Rao Made History’ in Hyderabad in an event scheduled on October 13.
Hyderabad’s emerging talk show Hyd Park along with Aleph Book Company and Centre for Economic and Social Studies (CESS) will host the panel discussion, which will commence from 5.00pm at the CESS in Punjagutta area.
“Dr C. Rangarajan, Dr CH Hanumantha Rao, and Dr P Prabhakar have consented to be the panelists in the event,” says the event organizer and Hyd Park founder Sriram Karri.
Dr Baru is a prominent writer, columnist and economist. He is currently serving as Director for Geo-Economics and Strategy at International Institute of Strategic Studies.
His previous book ‘The Accidental Prime Minister’ received critical acclaim and became a key point of reference during India’s General Elections 2014.
Dr Baru is popularly known for serving as media advisor and chief spokesperson of former Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh between 2004 and 2008.
