Hyderabad: The Telangana State BC Commission, which studied the sociological conditions of the backward class communities in the State, has submitted its report to Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao here on Tuesday in Pragathi Bhavan.
Led by BC Commission’s Chairman BS Ramulu, the Commission members had a meeting with the Chief Minister. The Commission has in its report about the education and sociological backwardness among the BC-E Category communities.
The state government, based on the Commission’s report, will have a wide range of discussions with communities concerned and take measures for the development and welfare of these communities.
Minorities Commission Chairman Sudhir, Chairman on STs Commission Justice Chellappa, BC Commission Members Juluri Gowrishankar, Vakulabharanam Krishna Mohan, E. Anajaneya Goud, Chief Secretary SP Singh, CMO Principal Secretary S Narsing Rao, BC Commission Secretary G.D. Aruna, BC Welfare department Secretary Ashok, CMO Special Secretary Bhoopal Reddy and others participated in the meeting. (INN)
