Telangana will celebrate next Deewali in Congress rule: Uttam

Hyderabad: Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) President Capt. N. Uttam Kumar Reddy said that the people of Telangana would celebrate the next Deewali festival in Congress rule.

Greeting the people of Telangana on the occasion of Deewali festival, Uttam Kumar Reddy said that UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi granted statehood for Telangana to turn the 60-year-old dream into a reality.

However, he said the TRS Government failed to fulfil the aspirations of people of Telangana.

Uttam Kumar Reddy said no section of the society was satisfied with the performance of TRS Government and caretaker Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao has pushed the lives of over four crore people of Telangana into darkness.

He said that the dictatorial and arrogant rule of KCR would end in the next few days. He said that victory of Congress party in next Assembly elections would bring back the light and joy in the lives of people of Telangana.
