Hyderabad: Telangana Jana Samithi (TJS) president Prof. M. Kodandaram said that his party would play a major role in next elections.
Speaking to media persons here on Wednesday, Kodandaram said that the TJS would not be ‘king maker’ but a ‘king’ itself after 2019 elections.
He said that the TJS would not have any alliance with any political party and would contest all 119 seats alone. He said that the TJS would also participate in Panchayat Raj elections.
Kodandaram said that people have been losing faith on national parties and getting inclined towards regional forces. Therefore, he said TJS has been trying to emerge as an alternate political force in Telangana State. (INN)
