TRS condemns Naidu’s statement on AP’s bifurcation

Hyderabad: The Telangana Rashtra Samithi has strongly condemned the statement of Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu criticising the division of ertswhile Andhra Pradesh State.

Speaking to media persons here, Finance Minister Etala Rajender said that Naidu was unable to digest the growth and development of Telangana and therefore giving statements against the formation of new state.

He said Naidu’s statement was an insult to the Parliament which approved bifurcation of AP.

Meanwhile, commenting on Naidu’s statement Nizamabad MP K. Kavitha said that the TDP chief has expressed his hidden hatred towards Telangana.

She said it was wrong on the part of Naidu to comment on a development which took place two-and-a-half years ago. She said now Naidu has no right to continue his party in Telangana State.

She demanded Naidu to tender an unconditional apology with the people of Telangana for his remarks.

Another TRS MP, Balka Suman, has condemned Naidu’s statement and accused him of creating hatred and enmity between the Telugu speaking people of AP and TS. (INN)
