TRS plan to reach all households using Telangana’s history

Hyderabad: TRS Government, headed by the Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao, which is passing through the electioneering year currently, has made a massive plan to reach each and every household through a 100-page booklet focussed on Telangana’s history, culture, tradition, language, literature, historic places and events.

Speaking to media persons at the Secretariat today, Officer on Special Duty to Chief Minister Deshapati Srinivas and Advisor to Government (Cultural Affairs) K.V. Ramana Chary said that the booklet was being prepared by the State Council of Education, Research and Training and all the topics, write ups etc.

is being designed by this department. It is proposed to print about 2.5 crores booklet and distribute the same to each and every household and even to those who are staying in other states and foreign countries.

They said that according to a survey conducted by the State Government, there are about 1.03 crore families in Telangana and all of them will get the booklet on Ugadi Day. The title of the booklet will be finalised by the Chief Minister after his return from New Delhi, they said. (INN)
