Hyderabad: Industries Minister K. Tarakarama Rao on Friday informed the Legislative Council that the Telangana Government proposes to set up some more new Industrial Park in the New Industrial Estates in the Telangana State.
In his reply to a question raised by MLCs Karne Prabhakar and M.S.Prabhakar Rao during Question Hour, the minister said that Mega Industrial Parks like Hyderabad Pharmacity at Mucherla in Ranga Reddy District, Mega Textile Park at Warangal, Zaheerabad National Investment Manufacturing Zone in Sanga Reddy District, Medical Devices Park at Sultanpur in Sangareddy District, Electronic Manufacturing Clusters at Maheswaram Mandal In Ranga Reddy District, Mega Food Park at Buggapadu In Khammam District, MSME Industrial Park at Dandumalkapur in Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District, and other Industrial Parks like Spice Park at Velour in Nizamabad District, Seed Park in Bandamylaram in Siddipet District, Autonagars in Miryalaguda in Nalgonda District and Kundanpally Ramagundam in Peddapally District, Plastic Park in Thummaluru in Ranga Reddy District are some of the new Industrial Parks being established in Telangana.
KTR said some of the Industrial Parks are already commissioned and the infrastructure works are under various stages of Implementation. In other new Industrial Parks, the required approvals are being obtained and they will be commenced during 2018-19, he said. (INN)
