Hyderabad: Industries and Information Technology Minister K. Tarakarama Rao on Friday said that Telangana Government has set the targets of providing one lakh jobs and getting Rs. 1 lakh crore investment in Telangana State.
Speaking at an event in Haritha Plaza here, the minister said that State Government was working with a broader vision to take the development to all parts of Telangana State.
He said that the investments and industrialisation process would not remain confined to Hyderabad and all parts of Telangana would benefit from the same. He said there would be huge investments in all sectors which would eventually lead to generation of new jobs.
KTR said Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge (TASK) would be expanded and it would be set up in Kothagudem soon.
He said that the development of Telangana was possible only through peace and political stability. Therefore, he appealed to the students to restrain from participating in agitations. (INN)
