UoH Professor admitted as Fellow Of Royal Society of Chemistry

Hyderabad: Prof. Venugopal Rao Soma, Faculty at the Advanced Research Center for High Energy Materials (ACRHEM) at Hyderabad University (UoH), has been admitted as a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry (FRSC), UK.

The Royal Society of Chemistry is the world’s leading community of chemistry, advancing excellence in the chemical sciences with more than 50,000 members and a knowledge business spanning the world.

Prof Venugopal received B Sc (MPC) from University of Osmania in 1991, M Sc (Physics) from UoH in 1994 and PhD (Physics) from UoH in 2000. During 2000-2003 he worked as a Research Fellow at St Andrews University, Scotland, UK and during 2003-2004 as a Senior Research Fellow at the National University of Singapore. (INN)
