Pay Revision Commission extends date to seek suggestions

Hyderabad: The first Pay Revision Commission, headed by retired IAS officers C.R. Biswal, has extended the deadline to seeks views till July 5.

Earlier, the Commission had proposed to take the suggestions from 20th to 30th June.

Certain proformae and questionnaire are designed to elicit the views of the Departments, Universities, Urban and Rural local bodies, service associations, pensioners and individual employees on the pay structure and related matters which come under the purview of terms of reference of the Pay Revision Commission.

The questionnaire is available in the office of PRC and also in the Finance Department’s website https://finance.telangana.gov.in.

All the Secretariat Departments/HODs have been asked to furnish the information in the prescribed Proforma-I, II, III & IV before July 5.

The PRC was appointed on June 8 with Biswal as its chairman. Retired IAS officers Dr. C. Umamaheswara Rao and Dr. Mohammed Ali Rafat are the other members of the Commission. (INN)
