Taiwanese developer signs MoU to develop E-City EMC

Hyderabad: Taiwanese developer Century Development Corporation (CDC) and Government of Telangana entered an MOU to work towards developing E-City EMC. The MoU was signed by CDC Chairman Theodore Huang and Sujai Karampuri, Director (Electronics), ITE&C department, respectively.

CDC has expressed interest in developing 200-acres of the 610-acre Electronics Manufacturing Cluster at E-City.

The CDC Chairman Theodore Huang, who led a 30 member high-level delegation from Taipei met with E V Narasimha Reddy, VC & MD (TSIIC) and other officials from TSIIC and ITE&C, Government of Telangana in Hyderabad.

CDC has developed a 550-acre industrial park in the Philippines and also developed Software parks in Taiwan.

This co-development project between the Government of Telangana and CDC will enable Telangana to be a destination for investors from Taiwan, Japan, Korea and South East Asia. (INN)
