Hyderabad: Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao expressed his condolences on the demise of former Indian Administrative Services Officer T.L. Shankar.
The Chief Minister conveyed his condolences to the members of bereaved family. He recalled late T. L. Shankar services in various capacities in the then united AP Government.
