KTR and YS Jagan meet to discuss Federal Front

Hyderabad: TRS party Working President KT Rama Rao along with a delegation called on YSRCP President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy at his residence in Hyderabad on Thursday. During the meeting, the leaders discussed about the Federal Front formation.

The two leaders jointly addressed the media after an hour-long meeting. “With federal spirit and an intention to bring a positive change in the country, CM KCR has initiated the talks on the Federal Front,” said KT Rama Rao.

Soon, TRS Chief KCR is also expected to visit Andhra Pradesh and take the talks further on the Federal Front.

YS Jagan opined that state bound issues (such as Special Category Status to AP) were being raised by 25 MPs from Andhra Pradesh and the support of 17 MPs from Telangana will give more strength to raise the issues in the parliament.

KCR had earlier met various party chiefs across the country including Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee, Karnataka CM Kumaraswamy, and DMK Chief Stalin.

KT Rama Rao was accompanied by TRS party MPs B. Vinod Kumar, Joginapally Santhosh Kumar, and General Secretaries Palla Rajeshwar Reddy and Ravula Shravan Kumar Reddy. (INN)
