A creative and refreshingly artistic cultural festival, ‘57th Spring Fest’ will be held early next year at IIT Kharagpur. Student community of Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur has informed that auditions for its annual cultural fest will be held on 18 October for people from Hyderabad.
Those who are interested in Shuffle (street dance), Shake-a-leg (solo dance) can enroll for Hyderabad auditions on springfest.in website. The auditions will be conducted at NSL Centrum Mall in Kukatpally from 10am.
Shortlisted candidates of this annual cultural fest will have the opportunity to bag prizes worth INR 1,50,000, and experience the festival of IIT Kharagpur, which will be conducted from 29th January to 1st February 2016 at IIT Kharagpur.
At the time of its inception in 1960, Spring Fest was the only fest of its kind among the IITs and was envisioned to be “The true spirit of youth”. Over the last 57 years, it has encompassed the aspirations and enthusiasm of students from all across the country with their competitive spirit and versatile talent being displayed at its very best.
