TS academy is working for journalists’ welfare: Allam Narayana

Hyderabad: Telangana Media Academy Chairman Allam Narayana said that the Academy works with journalists’ welfare as a mission.

He was speaking at the inaugural of a two-day special training class conducted by Telangana Media Academy for the journalists of the Bhupalpally district on Saturday.

He said that special training classes were very useful for enhancing the professional skills of journalists. He revealed that training classes were being conducted across the state under the guidance of senior journalists and experts. It is stated that accreditations have been given to 20,000 journalists across the state.He said that the government has allocated Rs 42 crores for the welfare of journalists in the state. Bhupala Palli MLA Gandra Venkataramana Reddy, ZP Chairperson Jakku Sri Harshini, Municipal Chairperson Seggam Venkatarani Siddu and others participated in this programme. (INN)
