Slap abetment for suicide case against CM: Aruna

Hyderabad: Congress MLA DK Aruna on Thursday demanded that a case of abetment to suicide be registered against Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao in the suicide of an intermediate student Namita in Kamareddy.

Speaking to media persons, the Congress MLA alleged that Namita had resorted to extreme steps as she was not able to continue her studies due to pending fee reimbursement by the state government.

She alleged that the CM had on the floor of Assembly announced to clear fee reimbursement but failed to do so.

She said that the student community is depressed over the apathy of the state government.

Congress MLA Vamshichand Reddy said that the state government is least bothered over the sufferings of the students and farmers in the state. (INN)
