KCR’s suggestion eased out demonetization woes: TRS

Hyderabad: TRS MLC Palla Rajeshar Reddy on Monday said that Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao has given numerous suggestions to the Centre to ease out the situation arising out of demonetization policy.

Speaking to media persons here, Rajeshwar Reddy said that the Opposition parties were alleging that the state government was not taking any measures to deal with the demonetization crisis and added that the allegations were not true.

He said that the government was monitoring the situation regularly and ensuring that the farmers are not affected due to the Centre’s drive.

He said that the Centre had allowed the farmers to withdraw Rs 24,000 per week based on the recommendation of KCR.

The TRS MLC said that the winter session of Assembly will begin in the third week of December. He said that the TRS government was discussing all bills and there was consensus on the bills in the House unlike in the united AP.

He said that the Opposition parties were staging walkouts only to escape from debate on various contentious issues in the House.

He said that the Congress had staged walkout protesting the CM’s power point presentation on irrigation project which was like opposing use of technology.

He appealed the Opposition parties to discuss issues rather than staging walkout. (INN)
