Hyderabad: TRS MP B. Vinod Kumar on Sunday claimed that the BJP-led NDA Government at the Centre was highly impressed with the performance of TRS Government in Telangana State.
Speaking to media persons here, Vinod said Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other Central Ministers have several times praised the performance of Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao and his government in the State.
He said that the Centre was impressed with the innovative schemes being implemented by the State Government.
Vinod said that Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitely has recently praised the TRS Government and lauded its efforts to develop the Telangana State. He said that the TRS MPs have succeeded in getting Central funds for various schemes. He said all sections of the society were happy with the performance of KCR and his team.
The TRS MP also condemned Telangana TDP Working President A. Revanth Reddy for leveling allegations of corruption against ministers Etala Rajender and Indrakaran Reddy.
He said that Revanth Reddy has a right to raise any issue in the Assembly. However, he said that the TDP MLA should restrain from levelling baseless against the minister in public forums. (INN)
