Jana Sena will contest 2019 polls in TS, AP

Hyderabad: Film star and Jana Sena Party chief Pawan Kalyan on Tuesday announced that Jana Sena would be a full-fledged political party by March 2018.

Speaking to media persons on the occasion of party’s Formation Day here, Pawan Kalyan said that the Jana Sena would contest the Assembly elections in both the Telugu States of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

He said that the party would pick active leaders in both the States and they would be assigned major responsibilities. He said youth would be given preference in the Jana Sena Party.

Pawan Kalwan said that he would first focus on strengthening party’s organisation and then he might explore the opportunity for alliances with other parties. (INN)
